Carlos leads our team at HIMTI and leans on his more than twelve years experience in healthcare to ensure that our course delivery is nothing short of exceptional. Carlos has hands-on experience in medical coding and billing service delivery, training, and medical transcription with leading companies, including UnitedHealth Group, MxSecure Philippines, SPi Healthcare, and EGS.

Colin brings his experience as a global entrepreneur and executive and his passion for excellence in service to clients and community to HIMTI. He was founder and CEO of MxSecure (USA) and MxSecure Philippines, Inc., a leader in medical transcription services and electronic health records.

Colin also served as a founding member of the Board of Trustees of the Health Information Management Association of the Philippines (HIMAP).

JO brings over 12 years of leadership experience, with a strong background in the training and consulting industry. He has led high-impact teams that served top corporations in the Philippines, including Bayer Philippines, Takeda Healthcare, Interphil Laboratories, Fujitsu Philippines, and BDO, among others. Throughout his career, JO has successfully driven the growth of three organizational development (OD) consulting and management training firms. He holds a Professional Certificate in Digital Marketing from DMI-DMHQ and is a Certified Learning & Development Professional.

With this solid foundation, JO is passionate about contributing to the continued growth of HIMTI and advancing the health information management industry.

Gina has been an integral member of the HIMTI team since its inception in 2016, playing a pioneering role in the organization's growth and development. With her background in Entrepreneurial Management, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role, where she oversees the daily operations and training programs of both HIMTI and MEDCODE, Inc. Her leadership ensures the smooth functioning of the business and the effective delivery of training programs to our clients.

Reggie Vallente is an Entrepreneur, a Certified Digital Marketing Strategist, AI Prompt Engineer & Course Creator. He was instrumental in the digitalization HIMTI's sales & marketing process -established the end-to-end digital marketing system of HIMTI, & allowing it to reach prospect learners online globally. After spending more than 15 years in corporate work doing operations leadership, customer success, and process improvements, he built his online school - Process Doctors Academy - from the ground up during the pandemic, learning the ins and outs of digital marketing. He replicated his model with HIMTI and contributed to its exponential growth.

Franz embarked on her journey in the field of medical coding at NCO, where she distinguished herself as one of the pioneering nurses to undergo cross-training in the early 2010s. Over the years, she has ascended through various positions in Operations and Quality, demonstrating exceptional leadership capabilities. In these roles, Franz has overseen coding teams catering to tertiary hospitals across the United States, contributing significantly to the organization's success and prominence in the industry.

Ampie was a key contributor to the many medical coding training in her five (5) years with Optum Global Solutions. Opportunity brought Ampie to Al-Ain and Dubai in the U.A.E. where she worked as a Medical coder and resubmission officer - finally sealing her knowledge and experience in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) vertical.

Myka joined the industry back in 2011 as a medical coder for NCO and from there quickly rose the ranks to handle her own coding teams. She was able to parlay this experience as she moved on to the other KPO organizations continuing to lead several medical coding teams.

Kim joined HIMTI in 2021 and has since excelled in providing top-notch customer service, both online and in person. While joining the team, Kim was also pursuing a bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship. Her educational background and hands-on experiences are seamlessly integrated into her role as a Sales and Marketing Assistant at HIMTI. Here, she excels in engaging with customers and guiding them through their Medical Coding Training and Certification process, continuously enhancing their experience and satisfaction.

Dannah has been with HIMTI since 2021, expertly guiding students in choosing the right medical coding courses and certifications. With five years of experience as an entrepreneur managing two businesses while being a working student, Dannah excels in customer service and understands the medical coding industry deeply. Her dedication and expertise make her the perfect person to help you achieve your career goals in medical coding.

Din began her career in administration and accounting with HIMTI as one of the first team members to cross-train in both areas. Though new to the field, she quickly adapted, showing strong organizational and analytical skills. Her ability to manage schedules, correspondence, invoices, and financial records has made her a valuable asset to the team.

Rea has been our Admin and Billing Executive since April 2022, playing a crucial role in providing a seamless experience for our students through enrollments. Formerly a Sales Manager, Rea transitioned to a work-from-home mom, bringing valuable experience and dedication to our team.
